Wedding Ceremony Process
This overview of the process for a free wedding ceremony in Mallorca is meant to give you a first impression of how everything unfolds on the way to your special day.
Choosing the right wedding celebrant is, of course, a key part of this journey. As your wedding celebrant, I take on the role of a kind of ceremonial guide – someone who offers structure and reassurance, supports you whenever questions arise, and creates a beautiful, emotional ceremony that will stay with you and your guests long after the day itself.
Beyond professional skills such as clear, confident and appropriate delivery, it is essential that the chemistry between us feels right. Mutual trust, sympathy and being on the same wavelength are what allow a truly personal ceremony to develop. This trust is the foundation for a wedding speech that feels authentic and meaningful.
After all, your free wedding ceremony in Mallorca should never feel generic. It should be a ceremony created just for you – reflecting your story, your personalities and the future you are about to begin together.
STEP 1: GETTING IN TOUCH
Now it’s your turn. Send me a date enquiry via the contact form, WhatsApp (+34 60 22 19 0 55) or email (info@hochzeitssaengerin-mallorca.com). Please remember to check your spam folder – I always reply within 24 hours.
I recommend getting in touch as early as possible, as weekends during the main wedding season in Mallorca book up quickly. Ideally, enquiries are made 12 to 15 months before your wedding date, although short-notice bookings may still be possible depending on availability.
STEP 2: GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER
If your date is still available, I’ll provisionally reserve it for you for a few days. During this time, we arrange a relaxed get-to-know-you call via Zoom, Skype or, if possible, in person here in Mallorca. This meeting is mainly about getting a feel for each other and seeing whether the chemistry feels right. Of course, we’ll also talk about your wishes for your free wedding ceremony and how I can bring them to life.
If, after around 30 minutes, everything feels good for both sides, we move on to the next step.
STEP 3: BOOKING
Once you decide to go ahead, we sign a contract and you pay the booking fee of €200. From that moment on, your date is firmly reserved and my work begins.
Shortly afterwards, you’ll receive detailed questionnaires covering your story, your planned ceremony and everything that matters to you for your free wedding ceremony in Mallorca. The earlier you send these back, the better – I love using the quieter winter months to immerse myself in your story and start creating the basic structure of your ceremony.
STEP 4: PREPARATION
Around two months before your wedding, I’ll check in with you again in case any questionnaires are still incomplete. This is when the intensive preparation phase begins. I carefully review everything you’ve shared, make notes and start shaping the first version of your ceremony – emotional, personal and, if you wish, with a touch of humour.
We’ll then schedule another Zoom, Skype or in-person meeting. This is your chance to tell me your story in your own words – how you met, the proposal, and what truly defines your relationship. The more you share, the more personal and unique your ceremony will become. This is where your story truly turns into words and your ceremony gains its special magic.
STEP 5: YOUR FREE WEDDING CEREMONY IN MALLORCA
And then, your big day arrives. Up until then, I’m of course available to you by phone or message whenever needed. On the wedding day itself, everything is fully prepared. I arrive at your venue around 1 to 1.5 hours before the ceremony and coordinate closely with wedding planners, decorators, other suppliers and the venue team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
I bring all necessary technical equipment with me. If a professional sound company is present on site (for example at venues such as Finca Son Mir or Son Togores), I coordinate directly with the sound engineers.
In advance, I’ll also ask you for a contact person on the day (if you don’t have a wedding planner) who can help with any last-minute questions. I only contact you directly in absolute emergencies – so you can fully enjoy the final moments before your ceremony.
My goal is not just that you are satisfied with your free wedding ceremony in Mallorca – but that you are truly happy and carry this moment in your hearts for a lifetime.
